We have carefully selected our staff and equipment to offer the best possible experience you can have whilst having your medical imaging examinations.

We have also gone to great lengths to source the latest, state-of-the-art industry standard medical imaging equipment. Our equipment are brand-new and have been put through rigorous testing to ensure that they meet the strictest quality guidelines.

Our doctors are experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and are always willing to help. Our staff and doctors routinely go out of their way to ensure that the whole experience from the time of booking an examination through to the delivery of the report is fast, efficient and seamless.

At CareScan, we strive to be at the forefront of technological advancements. In this modern-day busy world, people often do not have the time to wait on the phone or in a queue. We have a fully automated booking system where you can book or request an appointment using electronic devices such mobile phones, tablets or computers – right from where you are and at a time that suits you. Alternatively, you can send us an email and one of our staff will respond within the next 2 business hours.

We also pride ourselves to be an environmentally responsible organisation. We have embraced the digital world and aim to minimise use of paper wherever we can. Our images are acquired in a completely digital environment and reported using dedicated digital workstations used by our doctors. Your images are stored in a secure online location which is readily accessible by your doctor. This ensures that your doctor is able to access the images and the report right from his or her computer. We also have a dedicated app through which you or your doctor may choose to receive the results and the images. Traditional methods of communication such as telephone or facsimile are always available. Needless to say, you can simply walk into our facility with the request form that your doctor has given you. If it is a simple examination, we are almost always able to accommodate you at the same time. For some of the more complex studies, usually a same day or the next day appointment is available.

We have also digitised several processes throughout your journey with us. We have dedicated digital tablets for new patient registration which minimises the use of paper. Our technicians work in a fully digital environment where most of the process are performed through computers.

Should you choose to obtain a copy of your examination, there are several options available. We are very happy to supply a compact disc (CD) with your study printed on it. For a small fee, we can also supply the images and the report on a USB drive.
