CareScan Medical Imaging Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment, please contact CareScan at least 24 hours prior to your appointment by calling 02 8107 4888.
Cancellation or changes to a scheduled appointment time within the 24 hour notice period may attract a cancellation/non-attendance fee.

Non Attendance and Cancellation Fees

• A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time is required for cancellation.
• No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a ‘non-attendance fee’ of $100.
• Please note: no subsequent appointments will be offered until the non-attendance fee is settled.
• A fully refundable deposit will be required for all future appointments. This payment will be forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend.
